How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location in NZ. Our average, estimated shipping times are between 10-15 days.
*Please note that this doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time, once an order is placed.

Why do I have to wait for 10-15 days to receive my package?

What about NZ customs?

Orders under $400 NZ Dollars are normally free of New Zealand Customs Duty Fees. If you are not sure, kindly refer to the NZ Customs Duty Calculator. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in New Zealand, depending on the value of the item.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
